Bookings are accepted for the period from June to September. The minimum stay is 7 nights. Reservations can be made directly with the owner via WhatsApp or email. A booking is considered confirmed once the owner has acknowledged availability and the guest has agreed to these terms and conditions.
The rental price is agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation. The accepted payment method will be communicated by the owner during the booking process. Full payment details and any applicable deposit requirements will be provided before the stay.
Cancellations are handled on a flexible basis. In the event of a cancellation, the guest is asked to contact the owner as soon as possible. Refunds, if applicable, will be agreed upon directly between the guest and the owner based on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking. Guests are required to present a valid identification document (passport or national ID) at check-in, in compliance with Italian law regarding the registration of guests in accommodation facilities.
Guests are expected to respect the property and its surroundings at all times. The following rules apply during the stay:
The owner is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings. The owner shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, or injury caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to force majeure, natural disasters, power or water supply interruptions, or any other circumstance outside the owner's direct control.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Salerno (Court of Salerno), Italy.
