Castellabate, Cilento National Park · Summer 2026
A private residence among ancient local stone and the golden light of southern Italy, overlooking the Amalfi Coast. Summer nights you won’t forget.
Our story
Casa Valencia was born from the restoration of a historic villa over 100 years old in the Cilento National Park. Local stone walls, ancient floors — every detail tells centuries of Tyrrhenian history.
The restoration preserved the original soul of the structure, combining it with contemporary comfort: natural materials, natural light, authentic silence.
The spaces
Two comfortable bedrooms, each with double bed, window, natural light and airflow, and an ancient Mediterranean style that blends simplicity and art.
White stucco arches, stones in the walls, ancient floors. Light enters from the south all day long.
Kitchen with an old-world feel but modern amenities and mountain views.
Front terrace with panoramic views and a wooden table. A combination of valleys, mountains and sea at 180° (private use, with access path for the neighbor).
1,500 m² of Mediterranean garden with century-old olive trees, rosemary, local fruits like white figs and citrus such as lemons, oranges and mandarins. A private space to relax and connect with wild nature.
Full bathroom with natural materials combining the property's historic style with modern comfort.
